I had a wonderful experience at the resort. The room I got after a surprise upgrade had an amazing view of the river, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety. However, it was quite chilly as the floors were cold, and adding a mat would have made it better. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the cold floors were a minor drawback.

The staff was welcoming, and the dining experience was delightful with a variety of options for breakfast. However, the cold floors made it uncomfortable at times, and it could definitely benefit from better amenities like heating and more dining options.

We had an amazing time at the resort! The massages at the spa are truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. The river view from our room was breathtaking, but I wish the dining options had been a bit more varied. Nevertheless, the barbecue in the evening was a highlight, and I felt very relaxed throughout our vacation.
